Full faces
Full Faces (2025) explores the fragility of time and the impermanence of human connection. People come and go from my life, often without my realizing it was the last moment I would share with them a final hug, a laugh, their face. I fear how quickly the details of others fade. Working with kallitype, a process itself tied to time, imperfection, and fading, I mirror the instability of memory. Each print holds a tension between presence and disappearance. Humor mixes with this tension, sometimes confrontational, sometimes unsettling, as a way to disarm both myself and the viewer.
